you sign up to be either a presenter or in the audience. all presenters will be required to prepare a 3-min ppt on any* topic under the sun. typically in a session, we will have 8-10 presenters and many more in the audience. currently held monthly, virtually, because we should all be social distancing. originally hosted by dea

tips from a friend

make sure your session is not subjected to time restrictions (e.g. zoom's free plan only allows up to 40 minutes)
limit your presenters to max. 10-12 people
set up different signup forms for presenters vs. audience since you have a limited space for presenters but the bigger the audience, the merrier!
moderate your q&a session so they don't deviate too much
